Services & guidance in the change process
All organizations are unique in their own way with their business concept, culture and own systems. What still creates a common foundation for all organizations is our human need for how the workplace is designed, based on the physical needs such as sound, light and ergonomics. With genuine knowledge in these areas and extensive experience from interior design solutions focused on change management in organization and work processes, we function as a knowledge partner in a change process. Both in the form of guidance and coaching, we act as a catalyst and / or enforcer.
In a larger or smaller change process with a focus on work environment and interior design, we together with you ensure its quality through the following:
The preparation phase: together with you, we define an current situation analysis, future goals & vision, identify a change model and a communication strategy.
Implementation / implementation phase: together with managers / leaders and employees, we work through the defined strategies and the new vision, e.g. through a workshop. We support the leaders through coaching and training during the change process, and finally also how to lead in the new environment. This with a focus on maintaining momentum so that the new is anchored in a stable way.
Follow-up: after a period of time, we are happy to come back to you to follow up and together evaluate what we have jointly implemented.
